As a person prone to anxiety, the optometrist Iphigenia was very kind and made me aware that should I need a break or anything to help me, I was welcome to. Furthermore, all of the staff were wonderful, incredibly good-tempered, well-mannered and great to talk to - I was seen by Ben and Julie for my glasses. Thank you for the lovely service!

I was served by Optometrist Sital and Team member Sonia, both were extremely pleasent and very helpful. Today I was trying soft contact lenses for the first time, Sonia was very patient and not once did I feel that I was taking up to much of her time. I was very pleased with my trip to Boots Opticians today.
